  • When will I get my package?
    Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and Holidays, and assuming regular operations of the mail courier provider. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification and/or notification in app if you use Shop app. Standard delivery for U.S. orders is approximately 3-4 business days (up to 5-6 for some areas along the coast). 4-7 business days for Canada (up to 1 week for some areas along the coast).
  • When are styles and sizes restocked?
    Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that certain items will restock but if you would like to be notified if a style is restocked please email info@missyave.com I received my order but I have a concern regarding a missing item or a defect. These concerns and any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery notice or they will not be accepted. Please try on your items as soon as received to address any issues.
  • How can I get a refund/exchange?

  • Do you offer International Shipping?
    At this time shipping is available for the following countries: United States and Puerto Rico + Canada.
  • Do you have a size chart?
    There is no size chart at this time as fit may vary depending on style, material, and cut. Please review description for information on the style and email customer service with any questions about sizing and fit. ​ General Size Guide: x-small 0 or 31-33B, 23-25W | small 2/4 or 33-35B, 26-27W medium 6/8 or 35-37B, 28-29W | large 10/12 or 37-39B, 30-31W
  • Pre-Orders
    Thank you for pre-ordering a new product with us. We know that pre-orders can be nerve wracking so we promise to make your experience as seamless as possible. What does it mean if a product is marked as Pre-Order? Early access! 😎 A Pre-Order is an order of a product that has not launched yet but is available to purchase before its ship date. Pre-ordering guarantees your hold on a coming soon item before it has the opportunity to sell out. When will I receive my Pre-Oder item(s)? Each item marked Pre-Order has its own expected ship date which is included in its product description in red letters beneath the description. This expected ship date means that will be the latest date the product will be shipped to you. Please note Pre-Orders often arrive early-YAY! What if my order has both Pre-Order and non Pre-Order items? Not to worry. Those products that are not Pre-Order will be shipped as usual following normal processing and shipping times. Those products that are Pre-Order will be shipped on or before the expected ship date in that product's description. Will I be charged now or later for my Pre-Order? You will be charged at the time you place your order, guaranteeing your hold on a coming soon item before it has the opportunity to sell out. Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm are available at check out so you can split up your payments! Will I be charged again for shipping once it's ready? No, you will not be charged for additional shipping.
